The Smith Family

Today was a great day! I woke up to the sun shinning, my running shoes calling, and feeling so incredibly blessed. Blessed to have a loving husband, a supportive family, caring friends, great clients and a faithful God. This last month has been so busy--- full of moving into our first home, settling into my job, and great photography sessions. I was blessed again today by another great family. This morning I spent time with the Smith family. Our session took place at Chico State, which of course never disappoints. This family was so great. Molly, is a precious little girl. Here big brown eyes, charming smile, and personality made this session so much fun. From spending one hour with them today, I know that there is so much love in their home. Thanks for allowing me to capture your family today.

Stilwell Golfers…

It was beautiful out at Butte Creek Country Club tonight. I had the pleasure of working with the three men of the Stilwell Family. It was a blast and I was blessed completely by my time with them. The relationship these two young men have with their father, has been so cool to witness over the past few years, and I was so happy to capture that on camera tonight. C &K know how to love their children well, they are raising children who know the value of family, love, patience and wisdom. Although I am not much of a golfer (so my opinion may not count for much)--- I will say they are amazing golfers. Thank you Stilwell's for being such a blessing to my life, and thank you for being so creative on the course tonight! Enjoy!

Triggs Family Session

Yesterday I was blessed to work with the Triggs Family. It was extra special because, this was my second time photographing their family. I was asked to take pictures of this family a few months baby when Baby E was just a few months old. Now he is sitting up, crawling around, and still the apple of his parents eye. They are such a sweet family. I truly love the work of photography, coming along side people and watching them interact as a unit, is something so special. Thanks Triggs Family!

Meet the “M” Family

I was so blessed this morning by my time with this amazing family. The way they interacted was so pure and special, this little girl has a lot of love in her life. And their backyard--- amazing. They have one of the most unbelievable backyard gardens I have ever seen. Little “Z” gave me a tour of everything from snow peas to cherries to the most delicious looking raspberries. Thank you “M” family for allowing me to capture your amazing family. Enjoy.

Meet the Chansa Family…

I was so blessed to spend time with the Chansa Family today. Over two years ago I met Leah in nursing school. She is a caring, honest, hardworking, vibrant, Godly woman and I am so thankful for the opportunity to have met her. A little over a month ago, Leah entered and won the spring photo session give away… and today she cashed in her winnings!! Chileshe is such a sweetie and her parents love for her is so evident. There is something special about the way they interact as a family, and I felt so honored to capture that through photography. To my surprise they even treated me to lunch afterwards… how amazing are they?!?! Thank you Chansa Family for allowing me the privilege of coming along side you!
